APPROVING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREJ:.:TS'
ASSESSMENT FOF TR:2; nJPRO'lEMENT OF PORTIONS
OF ST.CHAR1ES AV1.'1\'11]<; AND OTHER STRE3TS IN
THE CITY OF VERNClI, STATE OF OALIFOPJHA.
The hearin~ in the matter of the Superintendent of Streets'
aSRAssment, made to cover the costs and expenses of the improvement of
porti ons of st. Charles Avenue and other streets in the Ci ty of "Ternan,
State of California, and filed in the office of the City Clerk of said Ci ty
in the manner and form required by law, coming on regularly to be heard by
the Board of Trustees of said city, and it appearing that due and legal
notice of the ti'e and place of such hearing having been given in the manner
and form required by law, and all appeals therefrom and objections thereto
having been heard and fully considered,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City
of 'TernOn that the Superintendent of Streets' assessment made to cover the
costs and expenses of the improvement of portions of st.Oharles Avenue and
other streets as described in Resolution of Intention No.299, adopted by the
Board of Trustees of said City on the 16th day of January. 1924, be and the
same is hereby confirmed and ar~roved; and the said superintendent of Streets
is hereby authorized to attach thereto his warrant and to record the assessment,
diagram and warrant in the manner and form re1uired by law.

day of November. 1924.
