3 OBJECTIONS TO THE OPENING,~TD WIDENING OF OF EAST 26TH

5 V~REAS. the Board of Trustees of ~he City of
6 Vernon di d. on the 21st day of OctolJer.l924 pass its
7 Ordinance of Intention No.331 to order the opening and
8 widening of East 26th Street. and in pursuance of the
9 street opening act of 1903. all of said proposed work be-
10 ing described in said Ordinance of Intention NO.33l.
11 Which is expressly referred to for further particulars.

13 WREP~AS certain property owners ownir~ land to be
14 condemned for said work and improvement. and living in
15 the district liable to be assessed for said work, m~de
16 written protests or objections in writing and delivered
17 the same to the City Clerk of the City of Vernon within
18 the time required by law and.
19 ~rrnREAS. the Board of Trustees of the City of Ver-
20 non sat the 6th day of January,1925. at ten (10) o'clock
21 A.M. as the date for the hearing of prot~sts and objec-
22 t ions and.
23 WHE'P.EAS. 011 the said 6th day of January.1925.at
24 the hour appointed, the Board of Trustees proceeded to
25 hear the same I a.nd all of sai d protests or obj ections
26 having been heard and duly considered. and said Board
