A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CrTY OF VERNON ACCEPTING ADEED
FROM: MARY HESS, A SINGLE WOMAN, FOR
PUBLIC PURPOSES. "-~~_-~~~~- -
8 WHEREAS, Mary Hess, a single woman, has conveyed to
9 the City of Vernon, a Municipal Corporation, for public pur-
10 poses, the property described in the attaohed deed,
11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees
12 of the City of Vernon that the said attached deed be and the
13 same is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk of the City of
14 Vernon is hereby instructed to record the same with the County
15 Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.

Map recorded in Book 32, Page 46 of Mapa, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County,
desoribed as follows:
PARCEL NO.1: Beginning at a point in the Westerly
line of said Lot "A", North 00 52' West 208 feet from
the Southwest corner thereof; thence along a line parallel
to the South line of said Lot, North 890 27' East, 241.21
feet to a point; thence North 00 52' ~est, 120.35 feet
to the beginning of a curve, tangent to said last men-
tioned line, concave to the So8thwest, having a radius
of 286.84 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve
404.75 feet to the West line of said Lot "A"at a point
in said West line distant South 00 52' East. 26.88 feet
from the North West corner of said Lot; thence along
