RillSOLUTION OF 1'I:J:T':': BOARD OJ!' TRUS11EES OF THE
CITY OF VERNON, ABANDONING THE WORK AS CON-
TEl:!:PLATED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
367.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon does
resolve as follows:
Section I;
That the work or improvement contem-
plated in Resolution of Intention lJo. 367 be and the same
is hereby abandoned.
Section 2:
The City ClerK shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
swne shall be infull force and effect.
Adopted and approved this ~ day of June, 1925.

do certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon and signed by the
