(.; 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 said Board of Trustees does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: That the public interest and convenience requires and the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon does hereby order the following improvement to be made: ff That a vitrified pipe sanitary sewer, eight inches (8 ) in diameter, together with the appurtenances here- inafter described. be constructed in East 26th Street in the said City of Vernon. from a point fifteen feet (15t) east of the east line of Santa Fe Avenue to a point two thousand one hundred and eighty feet (2.180t) easterly therefrom and from the existing sewer in Boyle Avenue. westerly to a point five hundred fifty feet (550t) west- erly therefrom and across all streets intersecting all along the line of said sanitary sewer) togetber with certain manholes, flush tanks, iron frames and covers, v~'es and other avpurtenances, all in full accordance with Plans and Profiles Nos. 155 and 240 and in further accor- dance Iii th the following standard plans ~ lIanholes to be constructed in accordance with Plan Ifo. 0-1. Flush tanl:s to be constructed in accordance with Plan C-5. Sets of cast iron frames and covers in accordance with Plan No. 0-3, and in further ~ccordance with Spec- ification No. 12 for the construction of sanitary sewers in the City of Vernon. All specifications herein referred to are on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and are hereby referred to and made a part of this resolution. All plans and p~ofiles herein referred to are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City and are hereby referred to and made a part of tids resolution. Section 2: The said Board of Trustees also determines and declares that serial bonds shall be issued to represent each assessment of ;~25.00 or more remaining unpaid twenty (20) days after the date of the warrant.
