RESOLUTION NO. 392
A RESOLUTION OF TEE BOA-fill OF 'mUSTEES OF Tllli
CI'rY OF VERNON APPROVING HAP OF Al;r AS SESSJ;U!}:N'I'
DISTRICT FOR THE Il~RO~~JENT OF PACIFIC BOULE-
VARD IN SAID CITY FROM TH::!: EAST LUtE OF SANTA
F'3 AVE1TUE TO TRE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID
CITY.
7 !rHEREAS. it is the intention of the Board of Trustees
8 of the City of Vernon to improv,e Pacific Boulevard in said City
9 from the East line of Santa Fe Avenue to the South boundary line
10 of said city; and

:~BREAS, a certain district in said city is to be
12 benefited by said improvement and said district is to be assessed
13 to pay the eXl?enses thereof and to be known as an assessment dis-
14 t:r:ict; and

.i1IEH.EAS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
16 the said City of Vernon to approve a map submitted by the City
17 Engineer of said city showing the boundaries of the territory
18 to be included in said assessment district;
19 TElJRfi:FOHE, BE IT MSOLVED:
20 SectLOJl.l:..:..That the map of the assessment district
21 for the linprovement of Pacific Boulevard in said City, hereto
22 attached, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
23 Section 2: The City Clerk of the said City of Vernon
24 is directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and
25 thereupon the sarne shall. be in full force and effect.
