49th street) IN THE CITY OF rSRNON, from the east line
of Alameda street to the west line of Santa Fe Avenue
and from the east line of Santa Fe Avenue to the west
line of Pacific Boulevard, and from the east line of
Pacific Boulevard to a point 411.42 feet easterly there-
from.

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Trustees
City of Vernon to improve 49th Street (sometimes known as
East 49th Street) from the east line of Alameda Street to the

west line of Santa Fe Avenue D.l1d from the east line of Santa Fe

Avenue to the west line of Pacific Boulevard and from the east

line of Pacific Boulevard to a point 411.42 feet easterly there-
from; an d
TKEP..:fi.U,.s, a certain district of the said city is to be

benefited by said improvement and said district is to be assessed
to pay the expenses thereof, and to be known as an assessment dis-

trict; and
lKCP3AS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Vernon to approve a map submitted by Howard licCurdy
City Engineer of said City, referred to and known as Map No. 243-A
said map showing the boundaries of the territory to be included
in said assessment district;

TRillREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
Se~tion lJ That the map of the assessment district
for the improvement of 49th Stree't [sometimes called East 49th
street) in said city, known as Map No. 243-A and hereto attached,
be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the said CHy of Vernon
is directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and there-
upon the S8~e shall be in full force and effect.
