did, in open session, on the 4thdayc{f January, 1926. open,
exs.mine and declare the sealed proposals or bids for doing
certain work and improvement in said city under and in pursu-
ance to the "Improvement Act of 1911", the character and location
of said 1ivork 1Jeing described in Resolution of Intention No. 401
of said Board of Trustees, adopted the 16th day of November, 1925
which Resolution of Inte;ycion is hereby expressly refel'rerl to
for further pa.rticulars;

said work and improvement to tile lowest responsible bidder, to-
wit: L. A. Paving Co., Inc:. , at the price named in its bid,
to-wit:
