the north 20 feet of Lot 28 of the. 500 Acre Tract of the
Las Angeles Fruit Land Association. as per ma.p recorded
in Boole 3. at pages 156 and 157 of lUscellaneous Records
of tlle County of Los Angeles.
(3) Also cement concrete and stael culvarts
shall be constructed at tile drill track riGht of vlay of
tlle Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Hailway Co.. at the
intersections of Seville Avenue and Boyle-Miles Avenue.
Excepting from all the above described work any
portion tlllireof required by law to be kept in oruer or
repair by any person or company having railroad tracks
on said Leonie Boulevard.
