feet west of the west line of Boyle Avenue that runs north from

of Lot 10 of John R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots as shown

the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, be improved
16 according to plans and specifications as prepared by Howard Me-
17 Curdy, City Engineer of said City and submitted to said Board of
18 Trustees of said City on the 23rd day of February, 1926, said
19 plans and specifications being Plan, Profile and Cross-section
20 No. 247 and specification No. 18 for the construction of pavement,
21 No. 9 for the construction of eurbs and No. 10 for the construction
22 of gutters, and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans
23 and specifications for the doing of said work.
