resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Vernon Avenue (sometimes called
::!last Vernon Avenue) in said city from a point seve.n and one-

north from said Vernon Avenue, to the southerly production
of the west line of Lot 10 of ~ohn R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue

Villa Lots as shown on :Map recorded in Book 4, at page 42 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of tlw County of
Los Angeles, be improved according to plans and specifications
as prepared by Hmvard McCurdy, City Engineer of said City and
submitted to said Board of Trustees of said City on the 7th day
of ~une, 1926, said plans and specifications being plan, profile

and cross-section No. 247 and specification No. 18 for the
construction of pavement. No. 9 for the construction of curbs,
and No. 10 for the construction of gutters, and the same are
hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for the
doing of said work.
Adopted and approved this 7th day of June, 1926.
