,IHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Trus:tees
of the City of Vernon to improve a portion of Alameda street
from the north boundary line of the City of Vernon to

line of East 25th Street, and the east roadway of Alroaeda Street
from the south line of East 25th Street to the south boundary
line of the City of Vernon, together with intersections and :por-
tions of other streetsi and
g~~\S, a certain district of said city is to be
benefited by said improvement and said district is to be
assessed to ~ay the expenses thereof, ~nd to be knovln as an
assessment district; and
~nEREAS, it is the desire of the 30ard of Trustees
of the City of Vernon to approve a map submitted by Ho':rard
},TcOurdy, City Engineer of said City, referred to and known
as 1'Iap No. 249-A said map shouint; the boundaries of the territory
to 'c e included in said assessment district;
THEREFJR.j, BE IT R3i30LV'ED:
~ction 1: That the map of the assessment district
for the improvement of Alameda Street in said city, known as
lEap IlJo. 249-A and bereto attached, be and the same is hereby
aDproved.
~tion 2: The City Clerk of the said City of
Vernon is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
