WHEREAS,' the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon
did, in open session on the 17th,day of January, 1927, open,
ex~~ine and declare the sealed proposals or bids for doing
certain work and improvement in said Uity under and in pur-
suance to the "Improvement Act of 1911", the character and
location of said p:coposed vI01'1: being described in ::1eGolution
of Intention No. 474 of said ~302..rd of 'rrustees, ado"C,ted the
6th day of December, 1926, vrhich ::~e301ution of Intention is
hereby expressly referred to for further partiCUlars,
