RESOLUTION NO. 482
Whereas, James J. Furlong, Annie M. Furlong, Thomas J. Furlong
and Judith M. Paxon, have conveyed to the City of Vernon, a municipal
corporation, for public purposes, the property in the attached deed:
Therefore be it resolved, by the Board of Trustees of the
City of Vernon, that said deed be and the same is hereby accepted,
and the Clerk is hereby instructed to record same with the County
hecorder of Los Angeles County, California.
I, Thomas J. Furlong, Clerk of the City of Vernon, and ex-
officio clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, do hereby certify t~t
the foregoing 1s a true and correct copy of a Resolution of the
Board of Trustees, passed at a meeting thereof, duly and regularly
held on the 7th day of February 1927.
