TMASURER :fIlTH THE FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT

WHEREAS, Franklin G. French has heretofore filed his
official bond as Treasurer of the City of Vernon, said bond
being in the sum of Fifty Thousand and nO/IOO Dollars
($50,000.00), dated on or about January 20, 1925, with
Fidelity and Deposit Company of 1~ryland as Surety, and
~BEREAS, the said Franklin G. French n~r offers a new
bond wi th other surety and desires to release and cancel the
aforesaid bond of the Fidelity and Deposit Company of 1~ryland.
NO/I, THER:I:FOllE, be it resolved that the said bond of the
Fidelity and DePosit Company of Maryland in the sum of Fifty
Thousand and no/lOa ($50,000.00) Dollars, dated on orabout
January 20, 1925, is hereby released, cancelled and discharged
and that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to return to the
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland the original bond.
