VIHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the
11 i Branch of the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railro3.d and the easter-

12 ly boundary line of the Ci ty of Vernon; and
13 WHEREA.S, a certain dis trict of said city is to be
1) benefited by said improvement, and said district is to be
1511 assessed to pay the expenses thereof, and to be known as an

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the
181 Ci ty of Vernon to approve a map su1:mi tted by Howard McCurdy,
19 City Engineer of said City, referred to and kno\m, as Map
20, TIo. 377-A, said map showing the boundaries of the territory
21 to be included in said assessment district;

THEREFORE, be it resolved:

That the map of the assessment district
