A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON APPROVING MAP OF AN ASSESSMEJ>TT DISTRICT
FOR THE DlPROVEMEN'l' OF TOPEKA AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF V'.rl1RNON BETWEEN THE WEST LINE OF SAlil'I'A FE
AVEliJ"UE AND A PomT TEN (10) FEET EASTERLY FROM
THE EAST LINE OF ALA.MEDA STREET.

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of
71 the City of Vernon to improve a portion of Topeka. Avenue in

8'; said City betvieen the west line of Santa. Fe Avenue and a point

ten (lO) feet easterly from the east line of Alameda St; and

WHEREAS, a certain district of said city is to be
11 i benefited by said improvement, and sa,id district is to be

assessed to pay the expenses thereof, and to be known as an

assessment district;

WBEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the
