l1ereby order the followinG improvement to be made:
(a) Tnat that portion of Bandini Boulevard lying
between the easterly right of way line of the San PedrO
Dranel: of the Loe Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad and
the easterly boundary line of the City of Vernon be
graded and the center twenty-eight (28) feet theI'ea:f'
paved with asphalt concrete pavement eight (8) inches in
thickness and tha.t certain decomposed granite pavement
six (6) feet in width and eight (8) inches in thickness
1e constructed alone; t};Je sides of said asphalt concrete
pavement,all as shown on the plans hereinafter referred
to.
There is hereby excepted from all of the above de-
scribed work any portion thereof required by law to be kept
in order or repair by any person or company havine railroad
tracks thereon..
The grade to which the work shall be done and
improvement made which is pl'O'vided for in tilis Resolution of
Intention shall be that shown on the pla.ns and profiles here-
inafter referred to and reference is hereby made to said
plans for a description of such grade.
All of the foregoing work and improvement shall be
done in accordance with pla.n, profile and crose-seotion ITa.
377 on file in tile office of the City Engineer of sa.id City,
and except a.s otllerwise provided for on said plans, in
further accordance with S!,)eci:fications No. 18 for the
construction of asphalt concrete pavement, on file in the
office of the City Clerk of s!3.id City..
