OF VERNON AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE: \VORK

WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Vernon did.
in open session on the 20th day of Febrruary. 1928, open. examine
and declare the sealed proposals or bids for doing certain work
and improvement in said City unde~ and in pursuance of the
"Improvement Act of 1911", the cha.racter and location of said
proposed work being described in Resolution of Intention No.
12
506 of said City Council. adopted the 3rd day of January, 1928.
13 which Resolution of Intention is hereby expressly referred to

for further particulars.
