WHEREAS, the TeclL~ical Glass Company, Incorporated, a
Cali~ornia Corporation, having conveyed to the City o~ Vernon, a
municipal corporation, ~or public purposes, the property described
in the attached Quit Claim Deed.
TP~EFORE BE I~ RESOLVED, BY ~HE CITY COUNCIL, of the City of
Vernon, that said deed be and the salle is hereby accepted; and that
the Clerk is hereby instructed to record same with the County rlecorder
o~ Los Angeles County, Cali~ornia.
