RESOLUTION NO. 536
A RESOLUTION OF THE lJ.lTY COUNCIL OF THE (;ITY OF
VERNON ADOPTING PLANS FOR A STORM DRAnl TO DRAIN
ALL OF THAT PORTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON LYING
NORTH OF A LINE P ARALIEL TO, aND 300 FEET SOUTH
OF, FRUITLAND ROAD wII' HIN SAID CITY.
The City COWlCll of the City of Vernon do resolve as
follv'Ws:
Section 1:
That the plans herewith submitted by the
Ci ty Engineer of the (,)ity of Vernon for the construotion of a
storm drain to drain 811 that portion of the City of Vernon
lying north of a line parallel to, and 300 feet s>uth of Fruit-
land Road within said City; said plans are hereby adopted as and
for the plans for the doing of said work.
Section 2:
The City Clerk of the said City of Vernon
is directed to Certify to the passage of th1 s Resolution and there-
upon the same slall be in full forCe and effect.
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of Juno, .L829.

CITY OF VERNON' ADOPTING PLANS FOR A

as follows:
