l'he City Counc il of the City of Vernon doe s resolve
as follows:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon dOGS hereby adopt for the improvement of Soto Street
in said City, Special Plans numbered 257, 346, 382 and 392,
and Standard Plans numbered C-l, C-3, 0-4, C-5, C-6, 0-12 and
C-14, and Specifications N~. 9 for the Construction of Cement

Concrete Curb, Specifications No. 10 for the Construction of
Cement Concrete Gutter, Specifications No. 12 :for the Construc-
tion or Sanitary Sewers and Appurtenances, and Specification
No. 20 for the Construction of A.sphaltic Concrete Pavement, as
submitted to the City Council of said City of Vernon by EOHard
18 McCurdy, City Engineer of said City. Said plans and specifica-

tions are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications
for the doing of said work.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Verno is
22 directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and there-
23 upon the SaIile shall be in full force and effect.
