3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~~RNON FIXING
THE NAME OF A G".illRTAIN STREET '.vITHIN SAI:LJ CITY.

The City Counciloof the City of Vernon does resolve
as follows:
1ffiEREAS, there is a certain street within the
City of Vernon that is referred to as Junior Street; and
'TffiEREAS, said street is sometime s known as East
46th Street i and
iT.HEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that
public interest and convenience would best be served by fix-

ing and designating a name for said street so that henceforth
the street would have an official name that would not be con-
fusing to the citizens;
NOV1, T:H:B.:RJJ;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the public con-
venience requires, and the City Council of the City of Vernon
dOGS hereby order, that the name of Junior Street in said city
be changed to East 46th Street, and that said street shall
henceforth be known as East 46th street.
The City vlerk shall certify to the passage of this
Resolution and the same shall be in full forco and effect on
and after said certification.
Adopted and approved this 21st day of April, 1930.
