10 energy uaed within the corporate limits of the City of Vernon;

Section 2: That the Kayor of said City and the City
12 Cl.erk of said City furnish the City Engineer with proper credem-
13 tials to present to the manufacturing pants showing the auth-
14 or1'ly of said Oi ty Engineer to collect said data.
