'l'he City Council oi' the City of Vernon dOGS hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That there is hereby created within the
City af Vernon, from members of the City Council, a. comr.1.ission
to be known as the LIGH':' A1D PO',"EH. CO:MIUJSIONi
Section 2: '.that 't:1e rJ.embers of said Commission shall
t.: Councilmen Durbin, Leoni.s and :B'urlong;
Section 3: That said members shall serve on said
14 Commission a.t the plea.sure of the City Council;
