The City Counc il of the City of Vernon does resolve
as follows:
1. That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to rent a safety deposit
box from the Cit izens Nat ional Trust & Sav ings Bank, subj ect to
the rules and regulations of said bankj
2. That James J. Furlong, Mayor of said City; T. J,
Furlong, Clerk of said City; and F. G. French, Treasurer of

said City, or any two of the';!, but not otherwise, be, and they
are hereby, authorized to have access to said safety deposit
box, and any t 'NO or them shall have full power and auth or ity to
do and perform with reference to toth withdrawing or changing,
from time to time, the contents of said safety deposit b~, or
in relation to any other thing pertaining thereto, including
the surrender of said safety deposit box and the keys thereof,
all things which said tank or its agents may deem necessary in
and about the premises;
3. That no rescission, modification, revocation or
termination of all or any part of the foregoing Resolution, or
of any power conferred thereby, shall be effective as to said
bank until written notice of the same has been given to the
office of said tank at which said safe deposit box is rentedj
4. That titles and signatures of the officials who
have access to said safety deposit box are as follows:

5. That the City C1er~ shall certify to the passaGe
2 of this Hesolution and cause a certified copy thereof to be
