DETERMINED that said H. G. l(Uz.z..ey be and he is hereby
employed to appraise the lands to be acquired in the
said matter and to give ev idence of the value thereof
in the condemnat ion a.ct ion taken there,under.
That said H. G. lluzzey's compensation for
such serv ices shall be and is hereby fixed at the sma
of fifty dollars ($50.00) per d~ for each day's work
in making the appraisal a.nd at fifty dollars (t50.00)
per daiY for time necessarj.;~y spent in court or before
referees in the said matter.
