Dear Sir:-
We enclose herewith two copies of a resolu-
tion refixing the time for receiving bids for the
improvement in the above matter. This is neces-
sary for the reason that the City will not have
possession of the property to be condemned in
time to receive bids on June 15th.
Will you please present this resolution at
the next Council meeting and have the same adopted?
Please return one copy, duly certified, to us for
our files.
Motion to set the condemnation action in the
above aequisition and improvement will be made in
Department 1 of the Superior Court at 3:00 p.m.
on June 12th, at which time said action will be set
for trial.
