RECEIVING. BIDS.
WHEREAS, in the resolution ordering acquisition
and improvements in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement
District No.1 of the City of Vernon, California, the 18th
day ot May, 1931, at the hour of 8:00 .o'clock P. M. was
