the lands in the assessment distriot in Acquisition and Improve-
ment District No,l of said oity, for t~~ purpose of obtaining the
amount required by the interlocutory judgment in the aotion brought
to oondemn the property sought to be taken, all oosts and expenses
ohargeable to the plaintiff in said aotion and all inoidental ex-
penses inourred in the prooeeding for the above named distriot and
for the purpose of furnishing an opportunity for persons to appear
and be ,heard upon any of the matters mentioned in Seotion 36 of
the AoqUisition and Improvement .lot of 1925, as amended. The Clerk
of this City Counoil shall oause a notice of said hearing to be

on or near the ohamber door of this City Council, and shall also
oause a copy of said notice to be oonspicuously posted at each

bulletin board at the City Hall, (2) at the oorner of 37th street
andSanta,:Fei-venue; (3) at the oorner of 38th street and Santa
