RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon.. Cali-

matter.. said resolution being a Resolution of Intention
No. 609 adopted by said City Council December 15.. 1950;
which Resolution of Intention is hereby expressly re.ferred
to for a description of the work and improvement, the
boundaries of the district to be assessed, and the zones
thereof, and the percentages of the zones, and for the
~de at which said work shall be done.. and for all further
particulars:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESO LVED, DETERMINED
AND ORDERED the. t the City Council of th,e City of Vernon
reject, and it does hereby reject, all o.f said bids, ex-
cept the next herein mentioned, and said council hereby
awards the contract for the performance of said work and
