AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City of Vernon, Cali-

City Council in the City Hall in the City of Vernon, Calitornia,
is the place hereby fixed for the purpose of determining whether
or not the work and improvement shall be accepted as being oom-
pleted acoording to the contraot and for determining the aggre...
gate amount for whioh bonds shall be issued to the contractor
or his assigns therefor and furnishing an opportunity to all
persons'interestedin any of the work or improvement done under
the proceeding or in any matteraffeotingsaid improvement and
the assessment district therefor and feeling aggrieved by any
aot or determination done or made in the said prooeeding or
clatming that any of the previous aots or prooeedings are ir-
regular, defeotive, erroneous Or faulty, or claiming that the
work or improvement has not been performed acoording to the
