TEE. CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW'S:

THAT \VHEREAS, the 'flater and Powero Committee has. pre-
sented to the City Council of the City of Vernon plans and
specifications for the furnishing of' material for, and the
construction of', railway trackage and appurtenances for the
City of Vernon, California, a.s shown on said p1..a.ns and de-

Committea and the Engineering Department of the City, a.nd sa.id
Connnittee has requested the City Council to approve same,

NOW, TEEREFORE, m IT RESOLVED:.

Sect. ion 1.: That the Ci t.y Council of the City of
16 Vernon does hereby approve Plans Nos. 411 and 412 and Speci-
17 fiea.tions l'Io. 40 for the furnishing of material for, and the
18 construction of , railw~ trackage and appurtenancas for- the
19 City of Vernon, California, a copy of which plans and spec ifi-
20 cations is hereto atta.ched and made a part of this Resolution.
