THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE aITY OF VERN'ON DamS RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
TRA.!. ~, it is the op.inion of the Water & P01lJer
COJDIlittee that it will be to the best interest of the City
th&'t &1.1. cl.erical e.m.ployeea, engineers and superv isors of the
Electrical Department should be segregated from the other de-
partment em]lloyees of the city; sad
~, the three rooms now used and occupied by
the City Engineer-, in the opinion of the Committee on Water ~
PO'IIer, woul.d be the most convenient to be us-ed for said nec-
trical Department;

Section 1: That the three rooms now used and 00-
cupied by the City Engineer in the southeast portion of the
City Hall. be, and they are hereby, set &side to be used ex-
c1usive1y by the City Engineer, 1nectr1cal. Engineer and the
neeessary office help ~ the Klectrical Department of said
e1t!'";
Section 2.: That there sha.ll be a charge of Twenty-
five ($25.00) Dollars per month made by the City Clerk of said
City against said Electrical Department for the use and occupa-
tion of said three rooms.
