A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREA.SURER
TO DEPOSIT SURPLUS VONEY OVER AND ABOVE THE SUM OF 125,000.00
NOW DEPOSITED WITH THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VERNON, WITH
THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'VERNOJT'DogS RESOLVE AS FOLLONS:
Seet ion ~: That the Oi ty Oounc il does hereby ap-
p.rove and a.uthorize the depo.sit of any moneys noVl depO'sited in
The First National .Bank at' Vernon over and above the sum of
$25,000.00, to be deposited in the Federal Reserve Bank, until
such time a8 the City Treasurer may secure bonds from other
banks as a guarantee of the City's deposits..
Senion 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full for'ce and ef'f'ect.
