A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON' RESCIlm-
ING THE ACTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN' PASSING RESOLUTION NO. 739.
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON' DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT lJlHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to-wit,
on the 14th day of November, 1933, pass its resolut ion appraving
the selling of bonds in the amount set farth therein; and
W~, the bond numbers reoited in said r'esalu-
t ion were in error, a port ian of said bonds therein ment ioned
having theret of ore been sold by the City; and
WH.:lmlU.S, it is the desire of the City Council to
res~ind its former a.ction in a.dopting said Resolution No. 739;
Naf. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVJ[D:
Section 1: That the action taken by the City Council
heretofore, ta-\l:it, on the 14th day of Navember, 1933, in adopt-
ing Resolution No. 739, be, and the same is, hereby rescinded.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this resolution and thereupon the same sha.1l be in
full force a.nd eff'ec:t.
