THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF V'EImOli DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Seation 1.: That from dd after the first day of .Tuly,
8 1.934, all books of the City of Vernon Wa'ler Department and Light
9 & Power Department shall be kept in the City Hall of the City of
10 Vernon, and same shall be merged into one department.

Section 2.: That the sal.ary of W. H. DeBell-em, Chief
12 Auditor, shall be incresed 150.00 per month, and the salary err
13 the Aasistant Auditor, S. R. Brain, shall. be increased $25.00
14 per month, from and alfter .Tuly 1., 193.4, making the salary of
15 'li. H. DeSel1.em for a.1l. serviaes rendered the City ~OO. OQ, and
16 the sal.ary of S. R. Brown for all serviees rendered the O'ity
17 $1.65.00 per month.
