THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERlfON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLL<JNS:
WRE.REA.S, there has been expended the sum of t~U{~7~
by the Light &: Power- Department for expans ion purposes in the
generating and distribution of electric energy; and
WHlmJL(S, it is the desire of the city Council. of the
City of Vernon to formally approve said expenditures;

Section 1: That the City Council of the city of
Vernon does hereby formally approve expendi turea in the Bum of

said city, said money being used in expansion of the Light &:
Power Department.
Sadion 2: That the Clty Clerk shall cert ify to the
