THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT VffiEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
presented to the City Council specifications for the fur-
nishing and delivering of electric meters and instrument

transformers, approved by said Committee, and requested
the City Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Sec~ion 1: That the City Council of the City
of Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 89, a copy
of which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolu-
tion;
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
