A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU1{CIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 90.

THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THNf WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
presented to the City Council specifications for the fur-
nishing and erection of one all welded fuel oil tank and

appurtenances, approved by said Committee, and requested
the City Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 90, a copy of
which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution;
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
16 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and there-
17 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
18 Adopted and approved this 5th day of November,
19 1935.
