A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DE-
CLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEcl WAGES FOR LABOR TO
BE USED IN THE FURNISHING AND ERECTION OF ONE ALL WELDED
B~EL OIL TA1TK AND APPURTENANCES, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICA-
TIONS NO. 90.
THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
8 Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate
9 per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
10 by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work
11 in the C'ity of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 90,

minimum per diem wages shall be the general
prevailing wages for the locality, and shall
not be less than $5.00 per day.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolu-
tion, and thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
