RESOLUTION 776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER TO CREATE
A SPECIAL FUND TO'BE KNOWN AS THE "SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET
IMPROVEMENT FUND".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That there is hereby created a special
fund of the City to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street
Improvement Fund", wherein all .funds received from the State
of California from the collection of gasoline tax shall be
deposi ted, and from which. no money shall be drawn except by
order of the City Council.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this resolution, and thereupon ~d there-
after same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 18th day of February,
1936.
