5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City
of Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to transfer from the City's Emergency Fund to the Vernon

Avenue Storm Drain Fund, in connection 'with Works Progress
Administration in the construction of the Vernon Avenue storrn

drain on East Vernon Avenue, Jewell Street and East 37th

St~eet to the river, etc., the sum of ~44,748.00.
S.ection 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to

14 the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
15 the same shall be in full force and effect.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ATYfH-
ORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER FROM
THE CITY'S EMERGENCY FUND TO THE VERNON AVENUE STORM DRAIN
FUND, IN CONNECTION WITH WORKS PROGRESS ADMINISTRATION, THE
SUM OF $ 44,748.00
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
