RESOLUTION NO. 780
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOFVERNON, ESTAB-
LISHING POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS TO CON-
DUCT THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD APRIL 14,
1936, AND FIXING THEIR COMPENSATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That at the General Municipal Election
to be held in the City of Vernon, California, on Tuesday,
April 14, 1936, there shall be one voting precinct in said
City, and the polling place in said precinct shall be at the
City Hall, in said City, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue,
Vernon, California.
Section 2: That the election officers to conduct
the general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, April
14, 1936, are hereby appointed and designated as follows:
(1) Cora M. Smith
(1) Charles W. Trowbridge
(2) Gladys Hoffman
Margaret E. Caillaud
Each election officer, aforementioned, being an elector and
Inspector:
Judge:
Clerks:
resident of the City of Vernon; and the compensation of said
election officers shall be Ten ($10.00) Dollars for his or
her services at said election.
Section 3: That the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this
Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
