3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON IN-
STRUCTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO D~ffiND POSSESSION
4 OF THE OLD CITY HALL AT THE EXPIRATION OF 'l'HE LEASE NOW
HELD BY THE POST OFFICE DEPART~lliNT OF THE UNITED STATES.

6 The City Council of the City of Vernon does resolve as follows:

Section 1: That the City Clerk of the City of
9 Vernon, in the name of the City of Vernon demand posses-
10 sion from the United States Post Office Department of the
11 old City Hall property now used and occupied as a branch
12 post office of the City of Los Angeles.

Section 2: That the City Clerk certify to the
14 passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
15 the same shall be in fUll force and effect.

duly adopted by the City Council of the city of Vernon, and
