1 RESOLUTION No. 783
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. !2.

4 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT WIIEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
6 presented to the City Council specifications for the
7 sinking of one drilled water well, ipproved by said Com-
8 mi ttee, and requested the City Council to approve same;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE Il' RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
11 Vernon does hereby approved Specifications No. sa, a copy
12 of which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolu-
13 tion.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
15 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and there-
16 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
