RESOLUTION NO. 784 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0:2' VERNON DE- claring THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES FOR LABOR TO BE USED IN THE SINKING OF DRILLED WATER rffiLL FOR THE CI~L OF VERNON, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 9~ TEE CITY COUNCIL DOES REe,OLVE A;Z FOI,LOVIg: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work in the City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 92, is as follows: Class of WOl'k Prevailing Rate Time Rate for Overtime and Legal Holidays Drillers Swa:m.pers ~~6. 00 4.00 Straight time II II For any craft not included in the list the minimum per diem wages shall be the general prevailing wages for the locality, and shall not be less than $4.00 per day. Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolu- tion, and thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect. Adopted and approved , 1936.
