RESOEUTION NO. 790
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERlfON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 82.
THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the City Engineer presented to the
City Council specifications tor the ~ishing and delivering
01' fuel oil, and requested the City Council to approve the
same,
BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council ?f the City of
Ver.non does hereby approve Specifications No. 82, a copy 01'
which is hereto attached and made a part 01' this Resolution~
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage 01' this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
