RESOLUTION NO. 791
A RESOlLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTH-
ORIZING .AND INSTRUCTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE,
IN THE NAME OF THE CI'l'Y, CERTAIN EASEMENT EXECUTED BY SWIFT
& COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 21st day or
April, 1936, approve the form or easement over property of'
Swift & Company to be used by the City in the construction
of' the city's storm drain; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on said 21st day or
April. 1936, instruct the City Clerk to have said easement
executed by SWift & Company; and
WHEREAS, said Swift & Company has duly executed
said easem~nt;
BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the Mayor and City Clerk of said
City be, and they hereby are, authorized and instructed to
execute saideas.ement in the name of the City, and return a
copy thereof to Swift & Company.
Section 2:
That the City Clerk shall certify' to
the passage of' this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
