A RESOLUTIONATJ'l'HORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN ALL CERTI-
FICATES REQUIRED BY THE WORKS PROGRESS ADMINISTRATION
THE CI'I'Y CotJ'NCIL OF THE CI'I'Y OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: ~t B. A. Thal:tmer be, and he hereby 18,
authorized and empowered to sign all certificates of sponsors
contribution for the City of Vernon, and 8.D.y and all other
certiti~ate., either as City Engineer or as Project Su~er1a-
tendent, required by the Works Progress Admin.istration.
Section 2: That all resolutions aBd parts of resolu-
tions in conflict with this resolution are hereby rescinded.
Section 3: That the Cit7 Clerk shall eertif'1 to this
resolution, and there~pon amd thereafter the l!l8Jlle shall be in
tall force and effeet.
